The requirements to Pass the Fitness Assessment of the Application Process are as follows

- 1.5 Mile Run
- Push Ups
- Sit Ups
- Minimum Standard
- 15:34 (Min/Sec)
- (#) 21 in One Minute
- (#) 30 in One Minute
